Identification of those in particular need of protection

Victims of female genital mutilation enjoy special protection. Our team of two psychologists is focused on supporting government efforts in this regard. In close cooperation with the ZABH, the psychologists produce professionally sound opinions within which individual recommendations are made. These statements are given to the clients and can be passed on to third parties, both state and non-state actors, with the aim of ensuring that any special needs are taken into account.
