Communication in professional contexts is fundamentally characterized by mutual role expectations, different areas of experience and value systems. When working with people from refugee and migrant backgrounds, cultural particularities also play an important role. In this counseling context, there is also a high probability that you will be working with vulnerable people who are under a lot of emotional strain. These aspects naturally have a major influence on the respective communicative process. In our seminars, we work together to better meet these communication challenges. We offer this service only in German and English.
